A request by Shah Development LLC for a Special Use Permit (SUP) to allow a Contractor’s storage yard. It is proposed that an existing structure on the site will be used for storage as will on-site outdoor storage. The site is located at the western terminus of Flanagan Drive, Christiansburg (F060), and is located approximately 1.2 miles west of Riner Road (St. Rt. 8). The property is further identified as Tax Map 106- A 7C1 (Parcel ID: 028482), 41.280 acres, zoned Agricultural (A-1) in the Riner Magisterial District.  The property currently lies in an area designated as Resource Stewardship in the 2025 Comprehensive Plan.
