Notary Commission

Notary applications are available online via the Secretary of the Commonwealth.  

If the Secretary of the Commonwealth approves your application, you will receive an email notifying you. The commission must be picked up at the Clerk's office within 60 days of issuance, and there is no appointment required. You will need to bring valid, photo identification and the $10 commission fee. As a reminder, any credit or debit transactions will be subject to a 4% fee.
