Jeff Groseclose joined Montgomery County as Purchasing Manager in July.
"I am so happy that Jeff has joined our team! He is professional, customer service oriented and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience," said Finance Director, Lisa Rayne.
Prior to joining Montgomery County, Groseclose worked at Radford University for six years, serving most recently as Senior Contract Officer.
Prior to Radford University, Groseclose worked for the Town of Christiansburg as Purchasing Coordinator. Groseclose also has many years of purchasing experience in the private sector.
