Supervisor Mary Biggs was elected president of the Virginia Association of Counties (VACo) at its 82nd Annual Conference. She is the first Supervisor to hold that position from Montgomery County. Her one-year term began Nov. 15 when county supervisors elected her as leader of the statewide organization. Biggs has served as District F representative on the Board of Supervisors since 1996.
