| New River Valley Lacrosse Club provides opportunities for area youth to participate in lacrosse. The currently field teams for 4th grade
through varsity for girls and boys, and also offer clinics and camps for all ages. |
| H2Okie Aquatics consists of three programs: Stroke School, the Age Group Program, and the Senior Program. Swimmers proceed through the
program as they develop the physical, mental, and emotional skills necessary for success at the next level. New participants will meet with a coach to be placed in the appropriate group based on age and skill. |
| The Valley Youth Hockey Association (VYHA) is a non-profit organization that provides competitive youth hockey for 5 to 18-year old boys and girls in the Roanoke Valley
and surrounding areas. The programs offered are designed for all levels of time commitment, cost, and ability. Financial aid is available to help those that demonstrate need. VYHA's teams skate at the Berglund Center as well as the
Lancerlot Sports Complex during the fall and winter months. Valley Youth Hockey is an affiliate of USA Hockey and belongs to the Potomac Valley Amateur Hockey Association and plays in the Eastern Junior Elite Prospects League and the
Carolina Hockey League. VYHA has drawn players from all over the Roanoke Valley and surrounding areas since the 1960s. |
