NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, By the Board of Supervisors of the County of Montgomery, Virginia that a public hearing is scheduled for Monday, July 10, 2023 at 7:15 pm or as soon thereafter, at the Montgomery County Government Center, 755 Roanoke Street, Christiansburg, Virginia, in order to receive citizen comments on the Board of Supervisors intent to adopt a resolution amending the FY 2023-2024 budget by more than one percent of the total expenditures shown in the currently adopted budget by adding carryover funding appropriated in FY 23 for various county projects/purchase orders/capital funds and various school operating and capital funds that were not completed at year end, not to exceed $165 million.
