NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, By the Board of Supervisors of the County of Montgomery, Virginia that the Board of Supervisors hereby schedules a public hearing for Monday, July 8, 2024 at 7:15 pm or as soon thereafter, at the Montgomery County Government Center, 755 Roanoke Street, Christiansburg, Virginia, in order to receive citizen comments on the Board of Supervisors intent to adopt a resolution amending the FY 2024-2025 budget by more than one percent of the total expenditures shown in the currently adopted budget by adding carryover funding appropriated in FY 24 for county ARPA funds, donations and grant funds, encumbrances, various projects, one-time county projects, county capital funds and various school capital projects that were not completed at year end, not to exceed $155 million.
