Pursuant to the provisions of Section 15.2-2204 & 15.2-2285 of the Code of Virginia of 1950, as amended, the Montgomery County Board of Supervisors hereby gives notice of a public hearing to be held on April 27, 2026 at 7:15 p.m. in the County Government Center, 755 Roanoke St., Christiansburg, Virginia, in order to hear citizen comments regarding the Board of Supervisor’s intention to act on the following Rezoning request:
A request by Carolyn R. Flinchum to rezone 0.6359 acre of a 15.790 acre parcel from Manufacturing (M-1) to Agricultural (A-1). The property is located at 1220 Panorama Drive (Private Road) and is further identified as Tax Map 029-A 8 (Parcel ID: 025376). The property is currently located in an area designed as Resource Stewardship in the 2025 Montgomery County Comprehensive Plan. The property is in the Mount Tabor Magisterial District.
