Montgomery County Board of Supervisors hereby gives notice of a public hearing to be held on October 13, 2026 at 7:15 p.m. in the County Government Center, 755 Roanoke St., Christiansburg, Virginia, in order to receive comments on a Proposed ordinance entitled “Ordinance Amending Chapter 2, Division 5, Section 2-107 of the Code of the County of Montgomery, Virginia Entitled Tax Exemption and Deferrals for Elderly and Disabled by Increasing the Net Combined Financial Worth and the Income Limits to be Eligible for Tax Relief”.
