Pursuant to the provisions of Section 15.2-2204 & 15.2-2285 of the Code of Virginia of 1950, as amended, the Montgomery County Board of Supervisors hereby gives notice of a public hearing to be held on October 13, 2026 at 7:15 p.m. in the County Government Center, 755 Roanoke St., Christiansburg, Virginia, in order to hear citizen comments regarding the Board of Supervisors intention to act on the following Ordinances:
A request by Techy Athletics LLC (agent: Westwood Professional Services; property owners: Dawn Drew Reynolds, Taylor Wayne Baird, Masters Hands Holdings LLC), for a Special Use Permit (SUP) on parcels totaling 12.822 acres to construct a wrestling facility as a School of Special Instruction located at 4820 Prices Fork Road, access approximately 0.3 miles north of intersection of Prices Fork Road and Magnolia Lane. The properties are further identified as Tax Parcel 064- 5 3A, 5 3F, A 4, A 3D, A 3 (Parcel ID: 023160, 120284, 021842, 024555, 023157), 12.822 total acres - all zoned Agriculture (A-1) in the Prices Fork Magisterial District. The property currently lies in an area designated as Outdoor and Natural Preservation Areas in the Montgomery Matters Comprehensive Plan.
