Riner Park will be the latest addition to the Montgomery County Parks and Recreation Department’s inventory of facilities. Located on Route 8 at the northern edge of the Riner Village, the park is approximately 35 acres with a variety of features including:
- four baseball, softball, and multi-purpose fields with lighting
- a picnic shelter
- a playground
- restrooms
- over 300 parking spaces
- and walking trails.
Construction is underway to help this park become available for citizens to enjoy. The estimated cost to complete this project is $13 million.
