Flags will be lowered at sunrise on Friday, August 23, and remain at half-staff until sunset.
From the Office of Governor Glenn Youngkin, flags will be flown at half-staff on August 21, 2024, "in memory and respect of former Virginia Delegate Theodore 'Ted' Virgil Morrison, Jr."
