The following Montgomery County offices and facilities will be closed in observance of Indigenous Peoples Day, also known as Columbus Day and Yorktown Victory Day, Monday, October 14, 2024:
- Animal Care and Adoption Center
- Clerk of Circuit Court
- County Administrative Offices
- General District Court
- Health Department
- Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court
- Montgomery Regional Solid Waste Authority Administrative Offices (Note: the landfill and recycling facility will be open from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.)
- Montgomery County Recycling and Waste Collection sites
- Social Services
Due to the Monday holiday, the Montgomery County Board of Supervisors will meet on Tuesday, October 15, at 7:15 p.m.
