From the Office of Governor Glenn Youngkin, flags of the United States of America and the Commonwealth of Virginia be flown at half-staff on all state and local buildings and

grounds in the Commonwealth in memory and respect of The Honorable John Alfred Cox, former member of the Virginia House of Delegates, who faithfully represented the 55th District from 2010 to 2014 and dedicated his life to serving his community and the Commonwealth.
