2023 Reassessment Completed

The reassessed property values will go into effect Jan. 1, 2023, and will remain in effect for four years until the next reassessment.

The 2023 Reassessment notices have been mailed. To view your values and the values of other properties in Montgomery County, visit https://reassessment.montva.com The reassessment books will also be available in the Commissioner of the Revenues office, the Circuit Court Clerk’s office, the Blacksburg library, the Christiansburg Library, and the Meadowbrook library in Shawsville.

The last reassessment took effect on January 1, 2023. The next reassessment will be for January 1, 2027. Please check back in the fall of 2025 for more information.
