Montgomery County’s
Fiscal Year 2026 Annual Report is now available. The interactive report highlights accomplishments and initiatives from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, organized into six key areas: General Administration, Public Safety, Parks and Recreation and Culture, Community Development, Health and Welfare, and Public Works.
Updates include
improvements to the Huckleberry Trail and bridge infrastructure, as well as continued efforts by the
Local VA250 Committee, including a new
commemorative trail guide and an
online storytelling project.
The report also provides updates on several long‑term planning initiatives, such as
Montgomery Matters, the County’s comprehensive plan; the
Parks and Recreation Master Plan update; and the countywide
Fire and Rescue Comprehensive Assessment.
As in previous years, the report includes sections dedicated to awards and recognition, along with a Facts and Figures overview.
