At the request of the applicant, the Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors public hearings for the rezoning application for Fotheringay, LLC have been postponed to allow additional work to be done by the applicant and the County to address concerns.

The public hearing for the rezoning application will be rescheduled at a later date, to be determined in coordination with the applicant and staff. 

Please note the application for the comprehensive plan amendment will proceed as scheduled. The Board of Supervisors public hearing for that request is scheduled for Monday, April 14.
