Human Resources recruits for positions, and provides orientation, training, compensation and classification administration, employee benefits administration, exit interviews, employee relations and related activities designed to select, develop and maintain an effective workforce. It is also responsible for developing, administering and interpreting personnel policies and procedures. In addition, HR oversees the County's wellness programs and on-site clinic programs.
